Shipping policy

PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
You will be informed via email in the event of any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, customs duty charges are the not included in your order total and will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP

Arrangements must be scheduled in advance. Please email contact@bullpull.ca prior to your placing order.
Free delivery may be available for pick up at local arm wrestling tournaments across Alberta. Please email to confirm available location(s) and date(s) of upcoming events.
Free local pickup is available at our warehouse in Lethbridge, AB. Please email us prior to placing your order. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. All pickups must be scheduled. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@bullpull.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
