Refund policy
RETURNS
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will require the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- To request a return, email Contact@bullpull.ca and include your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES OR ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, nutritional supplements, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges and ask that you request a return then reorder the item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be advised it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Contact@bullpull.ca.
