How it began

The Bull Pull was designed and created by Len 'The Bull' Houghton, a professional arm wrestler.  Len has been involved in the sport for over 40 years and has numerous World, North American, National, and Provincial titles to his name.  In 2015, he was inducted into the Canadian Arm Wrestling Federation Hall of Fame.  Throughout his career, he was always looking for techniques and tools to train smarter not harder.  He had a vision of a free weight that targets hand, grip, wrist, and forearm simultaneously, using pronation and supination exercises.  In 2006, he had his first prototype made and the Bull Pull was born.  In 2022, his passion for the sport inspired him to share his innovative design with the arm wrestling community.  Although the Bull Pull was specifically designed for arm wrestling, it is beneficial for any sport and athletes of all skill levels with a desire to enhance their performance.
